How to use Permanent Laser Hair Removal at-Home Device

1. Turn On the main swich on the at-home laser hair removal device’s back
2. Lift the applicator out of its cradle
3. Insert the lamp accurately into the applicator. Once the treatment is done, please take out the lamp from the applicator and store it properly until next treatment
4. Lift the applicator from the cradle BEFORE pressing the power button on the device front side
5. Adjust the level (1 to 8) according to your skin type. Start from a lower level for safety reason to avoid unwanted burns on your skin. Remember: each skin may reacts differently to the IPL
6. After hearing a ‘beep’ press the button on the applicator to release the flash. It takes 2/3 seconds to recharge the flash. Always apply firmly the lamp (the metal sensor) on your skin, if it’s not completely in touch with it, the lamp won’t flash.

Does not work and no help from company

I used the machine a total of 10 times and it quit working. I emailed the company since it was under warranty and they asked for me to submit a video of the problem. I submitted the video and have emailed the company 2 more times and NO reply. Their customer service is terrible. I WOULD NOT BUY. I have wasted over $500 for a machine that does not work.

Works great when the machine actually functions

The VISS has been very effective in reducing hair growth, but I regularly have problems with it malfunctioning. About 10-20% of the time, it beeps and the indicator light turns green. I press the button for it to emit a light pulse and...nothing. But the green indicator light goes off, so I have to wait for it to beep and turn green again. This is quite frustrating and requires additional time. There is no reason it should be occurring - skin is clean and dry, bulb is new and its surface is clean. I have had the machine a little over 60 days now.

Tried several treatments on highest setting every other day for 3 weeks straight on some light brown sun spots ,and it did absolutely nothing!! Then to return item you have to ship it back to Korea and pay for return shipping! Beware!

IPL Skin Rejuvenation Lamps are not reliable

The machine works well when the cartridge is working. I bought the Skin Rejuvenation Lamp initially and it lasted about 1.5 months. Viss Beauty Replaced it and the second one lasted 1 month. I then bought one off of Amazon. (Viss was not responding to my emails) and it arrived yesterday but it doesn't work at all. I have requested a replacement from Amazon so hopefully the next one will work. To be fair, I have also purchased the hair removal cartridge about a month ago from VISS and have had no problems at all. In my opinion, the skin rejuvenation cartridges have a problem.

Initially I was very happy with my purchase as I used the hair removal and the acne cartridges. However whenever I use the skin rejuvenation cartridge the system will shut off after 1 or 4 flashes. I don't know why and it's just with this cartridge but very disappointing as this was the one reason I bought this machine

Good experience using product. Had to contact the company about the manual, as it was missing the skin temp, tanning, and cleaning sections. It’s been early too early to really see any results; however, it definitely packs a wallop! I use mine on high and go over it three times and in a few days I see flaking!! This shows me that it’s working! It will work to remove the old dead skin and reveal fresh new skin!! So far; I’m loving it!!
