Return Policy
VISS guarantees a full refund within 30 days of purchase on the condition that the customer sends them to our office located in Seoul, South Korea at their own expense. This applies to any devices products purchased through www.www.vissbeauty.com. If the items are returned from Non- USA, the shipping cost which charged upon purchasing can not be refunded.

Import taxes
For USA
It is directly delivered from USA warehouse and there is no import taxes. However, if it is shipped from Korea due to stock issue, Vissbeauty will take care of import taxes.
For Out of USA
All international shippings are on a Delivered duty paid basis so you will not have to pay ANY extra fees upon the arrival of your package.
However, local duties and taxes may be applicable in some countries. If you are asked for any custom duties, please pay first and send the receipt to support@www.vissbeauty.com and we will make a partial refund from your order.
The charges need to be paid first in order for your package to be released. These charges cannot be determined before reaching your country.
Warranty
A one-year warranty is given to all of our devices but Wrinkle. This means you do not have to pay anything to get your Viss IPL, RF, Hair or Sonic II repaired.
In most cases, users report their product to be defective when it is, in fact, due to incorrect usage.
Please carefully read the manual before use.
Send us a demo video and the serial number before sending a device for repair. This will prevent you from mistaking and sending a fully-functioning device for repair.
