Shipping & Return Policy outside US
Customers outside the USA will be charged a flat rate of USD 35 for shipping. Customers would be responsible for any customs duties or taxes if they occurred.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must not be broken. It must also be in the original packaging. Items such as cosmetics, if used, will be deducted from the final refund amount. All freebies and gifts received with the purchase must be returned unused in order to obtain a refund. Once opened, they cannot be refunded and, therefore, you do not have to send them back.

Customers will be responsible for shipping costs and taxes. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
